四、报名信息

参与对象:12 - 18 周岁的美国在校青少年,对科技、文化、创新等领域有浓厚兴趣,具备一定的英语沟通能力和团队协作精神。

报名条件:

学习成绩良好,在校表现积极,无不良记录。

具有较强的好奇心和求知欲,愿意主动探索新知识、新技能。

能够遵守项目的各项规章制度和行程安排,具备良好的纪律性和自我管理能力。

家长或监护人支持并同意学生参加本次访华团项目。

报名时间:自招生简章发布之日起至 2025510日截止,由于名额有限,将按照报名先后顺序进行审核和录取,额满即止。

费用说明

收费标准:本次访华团项目费用为1000美元 / 人,费用包含在中国境内的交通、住宿、餐饮、学习活动、参观门票、保险等所有费用。但不包含国际往返机票、签证办理费用以及个人消费等额外费用。

缴费方式:报名审核通过后,我们将通过邮件发送缴费通知,告知具体的缴费方式和账户信息。请在规定时间内完成缴费,以确认报名成功。缴费方式包括银行转账、信用卡支付等多种便捷方式。

五、注意事项

签证办理:项目主办方将协助营员办理来华签证,提供详细的签证申请指导和必要的签证支持材料。营员需按照要求准备签证申请所需的个人材料,并按时前往中国驻美国使领馆进行签证面试(如有需要)。为确保签证申请顺利进行,请提前安排好时间,避免因签证问题影响行程。

安全保障:本次访华团将为每位营员购买足额的境外旅行保险,涵盖意外伤害、医疗费用、行李丢失、航班延误等多种保障项目。在行程中,配备专业的领队和导游,负责营员的日常管理和安全保障。所有活动场所和交通工具均经过严格筛选和安全检查,确保营员的人身安全和财产安全。同时,我们将建立完善的应急响应机制,如遇突发情况,能够及时采取有效的应对措施。

The "Wisdom Convergence Project - The Innovative and Intelligent Visit to China Group for American Teenagers" is an extraordinary journey full of opportunities and challenges. It will open a door for American teenagers to the world of China's technological innovation and diverse cultures. Here, you will have close contact with China's top technology enterprises, universities, and scientific research institutions, exploring the mysteries of cutting-edge technologies. You will be immersed in China's long history, culture, and rich and colorful folk customs, feeling the unique charm of the Eastern civilization. You will work hand in hand with Chinese teenagers, jointly carry out innovative practices, and cultivate cross-cultural communication abilities and a global perspective. II. Highlights of the Project Features

In-depth Exploration of Cutting-edge Technologies

Innovation Laboratory Experience: Under the guidance of professional mentors, the campers will personally experience the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Laboratory of Harbin Engineering University. They will participate in practical operations of cutting-edge technology projects such as robot programming, 3D printing, and brain-computer interfaces. Through hands-on practice, they will stimulate their innovative thinking and master practical technological skills.

Immersive Experience of Diverse Cultures Visits to Historical and Cultural Relics

Visit historical and cultural relics such as Yu Garden and Chenghuang Temple in Shanghai, traveling through time and personally feeling the profound heritage of China's long history and splendid culture.

Experiences of Traditional Arts and Folk Customs: Arrange rich courses on traditional arts and folk customs experiences, such as calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting, paper-cutting, Peking Opera facial makeup painting, and lacquered fan making. The campers will create with their own hands and appreciate the unique charm of traditional Chinese arts in practice. In addition, they will participate in Chinese traditional festival celebration activities and visit ordinary Chinese families to experience daily life, gaining an in-depth understanding of Chinese folk culture and social life styles.

Learning of Innovative and Intelligent Courses Lectures by University Experts

Invite professors and industry experts from well-known Chinese universities to hold a series of lectures, covering cutting-edge fields such as the trends of technological innovation, the application of intelligent technologies, and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking. The lectures adopt an interactive teaching method, encouraging campers to ask questions, discuss, and have in-depth exchanges with the experts, broadening their knowledge horizons and inspiring innovative ideas.

Exchange and Interaction between Chinese and American Teenagers Cooperation in Joint Innovation Projects: Participate in joint innovation projects together with Chinese teenagers, learning from each other and exchanging experiences during the cooperation. Through the collision of ideas and the integration of cultures, it will cultivate the campers' awareness of international cooperation and cross-cultural communication abilities, jointly explore innovative solutions, and enhance the friendship and understanding between Chinese and American teenagers.

Sports Friendship Competitions

Organize sports friendship competitions such as basketball, football, and table tennis. Sweat on the sports field, enhance friendship, and cultivate team spirit and a sense of competition.

Visit   Tianzifang and take a flight to Harbin.

Day5

Opening   ceremony, get familiar with the campus in the afternoon, and go to Harbin   Grand Theatre to watch a concert in the evening.

Day6

Visit Central   Avenue and Saint Sophia Cathedral in the morning; visit Harbin Museum and   Qunli Music Square in the afternoon.

Day7

Home stay.

Day8

Visit the   Northeast Tiger Park in the morning and the Chinese Baroque Block in the   afternoon.

Day9

Attend Chinese   lessons in the morning. In the afternoon, there will be calligraphy lessons   and table tennis playing.

Day10

Attend Chinese   lessons in the morning. In the afternoon, experience Chinese drums and play   badminton.

Day11

There are   Chinese lessons in the morning and participation in A-Level courses in the   afternoon.

Day12

Attend Chinese   lessons in the morning. In the afternoon, there are Zither lessons and   Chinese cuisine lessons.

Day13

Attend Chinese   lessons in the morning. In the afternoon, experience lacquer fans and play   basketball.

Day14

Visit Harbin   Institute of Physical Education in the morning; attend the graduation   ceremony and farewell dinner in the afternoon.

Day15

Go to the   airport after breakfast and depart.



IV. Registration

Participants Current American students aged between 12 and 18, who have a strong interest in fields such as technology, culture, and innovation, and possess certain English communication skills and teamwork spirit.


Registration Requirements

- Have good academic performance, positive behavior at school, and no disciplinary records. - Be highly curious and eager to learn, and be willing to actively explore new knowledge and skills.

- Be able to comply with all the rules and regulations of the program and the itinerary arrangements, and have good self - discipline and self - management abilities.

- Have the support and consent of parents or guardians to participate in this China visit program.

Registration starts from the release date of this enrollment brochure and closes on May 10, 2025. Due to limited spots, applications will be reviewed and admitted on a first - come, first - served basis until all spots are filled.


Fee Details

- Fee Standard: The program fee for this China visit is $1000 per person. This fee covers all expenses within China, including transportation, accommodation, meals, study activities, entrance tickets for visits, and insurance. However, it does not include international round- trip air tickets, visa application fees, or personal expenses.

- Payment Method: After your application is approved, we will send you a payment notice via email, including specific payment methods and account information. Please complete the payment within the specified time to confirm your registration. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card payment, and other convenient options.


V. Notes

Visa ApplicationThe program organizers will assist campers in applying for Chinese visas, providing detailed visa application guidance and necessary supporting materials. Campers are required to prepare personal materials for the visa application as required and attend the visa interview at the Chinese embassy or consulate in the United States on time (if necessary). To ensure a smooth visa application process, please arrange your time in advance to avoid any itinerary disruptions due to visa issues.


Safety AssuranceThe program will purchase sufficient overseas travel insurance for each camper, covering various aspects such as accidental injury, medical expenses, lost luggage, and flight delays. During the trip, professional tour leaders and guides will be assigned to take care of the daily management and safety of the campers. All activity venues and transportation vehicles will undergo strict screening and safety inspections to ensure the personal and property safety of the campers. Additionally, we will establish a comprehensive emergency response mechanism to take effective measures promptly in case of emergencies.


Cultural DifferencesThere are certain differences between China and the United States in terms of culture, customs, laws, and regulations. Before the program starts, we will provide campers with a detailed guide on cultural differences to help them understand and respect Chinese culture, customs, laws, and regulations. During the trip, tour leaders and guides will also offer timely guidance and reminders to avoid unnecessary troubles caused by cultural misunderstandings. We hope that campers will approach Chinese culture with an open and inclusive attitude, actively interact with the Chinese people, and enhance the friendship and mutual understanding between the two peoples.


Luggage PreparationBased on the itinerary and the seasonal climate in China, it is recommended that campers prepare appropriate clothing, shoes, and personal items. Also, bring necessary study materials such as notebooks, pens, and tablets for use in study and exchange activities. In addition, you can prepare some common medications according to your personal needs, but please pay attention to the ingredients and regulations regarding the carriage of medications to avoid any inconvenience caused by carrying prohibited drugs.
